This is my first story and I really like this trading card game I think everyone knows about named Pokemon. Some of my friends think it's stupid, but I think it's fun!
CHAPTER 1: Challenger
Aiden Davis walked in to the Pokemon Trading Card Store. The banner said, 'TRAINER CONTEST TODAY'. What was this trainer contest? He saw a bunch of teenagers about his age standing at a table playing with their Pokemon Cards. All Aiden wanted was to purchase another pack of cards. But what was this?
"Yo, kid... You a trainer?" A tough looking boy looked at Aiden, "C'mon, don't be a pussy! Come, come fight us if you have the little Pokemon trainer guts!"
"I'm no pussy. And I didn't know there was a trainer fight today," Aiden said, "Who are you anyways? I brought my Pokemon Cards, so I can battle."
"Well, I'm last years champion, trainer Bruce Alan. Let's see if you have the skill to beat me," Bruce said,
"Cool." Aiden said.
"Choose someone to fight, play a game with them, then if you win, you hit the next player in the first and final wave," Bruce explained, "The final 2 will play another epic duel and the winner, of course, wins!"
"What do the trainers get out of the battles?" Aiden asked, "Like the overall total Pokemon champion? What does the final winner of ALL the trainers win?"
"Last year it was a stupid shirt. This year it's a Blazing RARE Pokemon card deck," Bruce grinned, "I'm the papa, I win it. Features the super multi-energy card! SWEET, eh?"
"You better not be so sure you win," Aiden said, "I might as well call myself a Pokemon champ this year. I'm gonna get the rare deck."
"Go battle one of those pussies and noobs over there," Bruce smirked, "You won't stand a chance against the lamest ones, Mr. Confident. Let's see if you end up to battle the Pokemaster! YEA!"
Lloyd Christian took one ugly glance at Aiden and hated his guts. This guy was going down! Lloyd wanted to be the Pokemaster this year! He wanted that rare deck with the multi-energy card! He would furiously summon energy for all his Pokemon! EVEN BENCHED ONES! HELL YEAH!
"Hey, AIDEN. I heard you talking to last years champ, Bruce. This year Imma win. I'm Lloyd Christian," Lloyd said, "Get ready to be pwned. Cuz Imma battle you right now! MY FIRST ENEMY OF THE GAME!"
"Alright, let's see the cards your noob self has," Aiden smiled, "I have some rare cards in here. And I'm gonna win the ultra rare ones today! I AM THE POKEMASTER!"
Lloyd laughed and set down a Pikachu. "Beat the lightning god. Other than the evolvation, Raichu. He'd pwn Pikachu any day, after all, they are evolvations."
"Prepare to be pwned by Dwebble, motha fucka! Haha!" Aiden slammed his Dwebble card down, "LET'S DO THIS!"
"1 energy card. SO NOW. Lightning strike!" Lloyd yelled. Instantly, a visualization in their heads came to be. Pikachu yelled his name and pointed a finger at Dwebble, shocking him.
"Lame!" Aiden laughed, "My little seaboy ain't afraid of no Pikachu! He has no weakness to lightning Pokemon. Only 10 damage. FAIL."
"Come on, asshead. Just add some energy and use your fucking Pokemon to attack!" Lloyd shouted, "I'm gonna take your noob ass and throw it out of this store!"
"Oh really? I'm adding 1 energy to Dwebble. Now prepare to be counterattacked! Pikachu can't take this," Aiden smirked and put an energy card down, "Visualize this. Rock throw!"
The boys' minds filled with thoughts of Dwebble launching millions of rocks at Pikachu's poor self. But, Dwebble's rock throw didn't cause much more damage than Pikachu did, but it did more!
"Look at that! 10 more damage!" Aiden grinned, "Dwebble with 10 HP gone. And you with 20! Pikachu is gonna be knocked out soon."
"Even if you knock my Pikachu out," Lloyd looked at Aiden, "A skilled player like me would give up their turn to add a Pokemon to my bench!"
"That's the only Pokemon you can bench," Aiden said, "You better make a good choice!"
