CHAPTER 1
"I promise to love you forever so stay away from Zack," Cody whispered to Bailey in a deep voice, "Wolves are killers..."
"Cody... You know neither are you safe. How can I trust you forever?" Bailey asked coming close to Cody.
"Bailey you know I don't bite my love," Cody said, "Vampires kill, but I kill no girl of mine."
"Well, I've had a great time with you, but I think it's just good for you to... Let me do what I want," Bailey said, "I'm not breaking up with you, it's just that you need to give me the time to decide."
"I fully understand, but Zack can't control himself! He's a canine on the loose." Cody warned.
"Look, I need to talk to Cody here," Zack stepped up, "C'mon, Bailey. Give me a second with your vampire boyfriend."
"I totally respect that, Zack." Bailey sighed and stepped away from her loves.
"Cody, you have to consider the idea that I might be better for her than you are," Zack said in a low voice, "Consider it. It's more possible to be true."
"Nobody... NOBODY can trust you," Cody said, "You're not safe, who knows what you can do to her. Now I may be a vampire, but there's more proof for you. You're not better for her, Zack."
"Look, I am much better than you. I am the right one for her," Zack snapped, "Cody, you just don't see what's coming. You have no proof that you're better. Vampires are dangerous."
"So are wolves, and wolves are more," Cody said, "Who knows when your mind goes insane and you try to kill her. After all, you tried to kill London with your pack."
"I like her! I didn't mean to!" Zack yelled.
"Yes you did," Cody said, "You hunted her down with your pack. But you failed, wolf boy. And I haven't killed anyone."
"Yes you have, vampire boy. We all know you just won't admit to it." Zack said.
"Look, wolfy. I'm better for her and you know it, she loves me more," Cody sighed, "Neither do you know my past properly, mad canine."
"I wouldn't attack her no matter what," Zack said, "I love her, and you know deep in her heart she loves me, and more. Plus, I know I'm the better man for her."
"Better man? You're a carnivorous wolf, I'm a venomous vampire. We're equal," Cody snapped, "But I'm just the better one. I have brains, plus I have a heart."
"Heart is nothing to vampires. You have a cold soul that thinks about bloodsucking people." Zack reminded.
"Shut it, Black," Cody warned, "This is no time for playing games. Bailey has to make the decision she wants. Have you ever thought about the girl yourself? It's her turn, and if you don't agree, that shows the jerk you are. Bailey gets her choice. It's her turn to choose vampire or canine. I don't think you'll fight for her, you'll betray her."
"I would never betray poor Bailey. She's caught in a mythical love triangle. I would never dare to want to put her through misery like choosing from 2 sides," Zack said, "But I agree we let her choose_ from her heart. No bribing, no nothing. A wolf versus a vampire."
"It's not competing, selfish wolf idiot. I'm trying to let my love have the right man for her," Cody said, "I'm Cody Cullen! People think I'm sexy, and you're scary. I'm the good one, who's going to win. There's no competition when you're dealing with super sexy versus super scary."
"Maybe Bailey likes the bad boy scary guy type," Zack angrily said, "I'm hotter than you are, bitch."
"HA! Me be the bitch? You're the canine, man. Looks like Zacky Blacky is a female wolf now," Cody teased, "I didn't know you were bi and liked other girls, lady wolfy! Gross!"
"You're an idiot, anyways. If we're going to let Bailey choose, we gotta make her do it soon," Zack snapped, "I don't have a lifetime to let her make a decision! We need to get her to cut to the chase now!"
"Don't push her. I'd wait a lifetime to make sure she stays mine. Bailey is everything I ever love. Somebody doesn't look like they love her." Cody snapped out of his joke.
